Salary Package
- Base Salary: ₹3,40,000 – ₹4,33,000 per annum
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift
- Overtime Allowance: As per business requirements
- Internet Allowance (For WFH roles): ₹1,250/month (₹15,000/year)
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year)
- Health Insurance Coverage: Up to ₹5 Lakhs per annum
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (HSC Pass). Graduates and Postgraduates are also eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with prior BPO experience will have an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Location Criteria: Only candidates currently residing in Pune are eligible to apply.
- Technical Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as per business needs.
