Key Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, maintaining repair records, and ensuring high service standards. Key duties include:

1. Diagnose & Troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
2. Replace damaged parts such as screen, battery, camera, speakers, and charging ports.
3. Perform software flashing, formatting, and updates as needed.
4. Maintain accurate records of each repair and spare parts usage.
5. Ensure device cleanliness and customer satisfaction during the repair process.
6. Follow high-quality service standards and SOPs during all repair activities.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile repair/service (hardware and software).
• Ability to handle tools and ESD-safe environments efficiently.
• Understanding of different mobile operating systems (Android, iOS preferred).
• Knowledge of repair SOPs, ESD practices, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be honest, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
