Key Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, maintaining repair records, and ensuring high service standards. Key duties include:
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
- Replace damaged parts such as screen, battery, camera, speakers, and charging ports.
- Perform software flashing, formatting, and updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of each repair and spare parts usage.
- Ensure device cleanliness and customer satisfaction during the repair process.
- Follow high-quality service standards and SOPs during all repair activities.
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile repair/service (hardware and software).
- Ability to handle tools and ESD-safe environments efficiently.
- Understanding of different mobile operating systems (Android, iOS preferred).
- Knowledge of repair SOPs, ESD practices, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be honest, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
