Qualification-B.Tech/Diploma
Job responsibilities:-
1-Leading group of Technician and leading and area to reduce machine abnormalities related with machine.
2- Provide training to technician so that they can handle online exceptional related with equipment’s
3- New Import Machine debugging and Problem Troubleshooting and to ensure their stability.
4- Monitor Machine check sheet and inspection work so that there should not be any quality risk.
5- Tracking of Workshop Machine Maintenance and Repairing of NG Machine.
6- Make Plan to control Top Machine abnormalities.
Key Skills:-
1-Technical skill also need find root cause analysis.
2-DC Servo Motor and Servo drives.
3-PLC troubleshooting.
4-All PNP and NPN Sensor.
5-Troubleshooting and knowledge of Electricals.
6-Able to handle Workshop technician team.
8-Good Communication and reporting Skill.
7-Spare Part inventory skill.
